You get it done
With your knowledge of operational and logistics processes, you ensure that the right data are available for the inbound, order picking and outbound processes within our warehouse. You monitor the pick/pack process and identify any disruptions, which you solve and communicate with the customer and carriers. You closely monitor KPIs, improve work processes and enjoy the challenge! You work on it.
How do you do this? Daily tasks include monitoring KPIs, handling recaps, and preparing weekly and monthly reports. This dynamic role requires you to adapt flexibly to unexpected situations for multiple major clients. You achieve this by:
- identifying disruptions and informing the client(s) in a timely manner of expected delays/changes;
- keeping a close eye on reports, investigate discrepancies, and assist with escalations;
- process improvement. You contribute to improving and drafting work instructions to enhance efficiency.

You bring
- passion for the job, your enthusiasm is contagious;
- excellent command of the English language;
- insight into warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, and value-added services is a plus;
- knowledge of MS Office.
