Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 

1. Airfreight experience in temperature control/cold chain. 具有空运出口温控冷链经验。
2. Be in charge of daily operation, especially for some projects and VIP clients. 负责一些大客户和项目货物的日常操作和跟进。 
3. Monitor team milestones and data quality complete status.  监督小组milestones和data quality的完成情况。 

4. Sharing the good experience and working skills to junior staffs and strength the team working efficiency. 分享好的工作经验和技巧给初级操作，提高小组整体工作效率。  

5. Coach the young staff in their daily working to help them deal with the difficulties and keep developing.  培训年轻的员工并帮助他们在日常工作中处理困难事宜以使他们不断的成长。  

6. Coordinate with GTW & Pricing team for space arrangement and quote to overseas destination for shipments below 500kgs. 与GTW及Pricing team协调完成舱位安排和500公斤货物以下报价事宜。 

7. Assist junior colleague to push the long outstanding. 协助初级操作同事催收长期欠款。 

8. To carry out the tasks distributed by Team leader and Supervisor, and other tasks assigned by manager. 完成操作组长和操作主管分配的任务，以及经理分配的任务。
