Senior Product Manager, Operational Excellence, Hong Kong & South China

Key Responsibilities:

• Support General Manager to formulate and implement operational excellence for Hong Kong and South China Office
• Mainly focus on delivering Dangerous Goods training and security training for operation teams, and maintain its standard and governance on special projects
• Develop and monitor the Pharma and Dangerous Goods shipments' standard operationg prodcedure
• Implement and review the operational process, identify obstacles and provide improvement suggestions
• Be involved in PharmaQMS project and designated projects
• Maintain records regarding associate training and certifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in business/logistics or related disciplines
• 5-8 years’ work experience in the Freightwording/Logistics industry, preferable from global forwarder 
• Must be a Certified IATA DG Instructors
• Solid hands-on experience in Airfreight is needed
• Extrovert personality with strong relationship building capabilities
• International mindset, energetic & proactive
