Purpose of the job:

You will join the ‘Data, Governance and Analytics’ department which is part of the Group Applications IT in Global IT. It is our responsibility to drive alignment in all different deliveries handled throughout our SAP area. This entails help in projects – e.g., roll out of SAP FI/CO/SD/MM or Analytics projects across the global set-up in DSV, implement any other SAP-based solutions.
Your role will differ depending on the projects that you will take part in – but focus will be on ensuring right governance and quality in the many different deliveries within the SAP area.
Responsibility/ Tasks:
• Project manage and facilitate sessions with our stakeholders from the Business, our vendor, and colleagues from SAP IT.
• Make sure the right tasks are assigned to the right part and proactively follow up on the agreed scope.
• Ensure we make progress and milestones on the road map are met.
• Work with business and other SAP professionals to craft, implement, test, train, and rollout solutions.
• Delivery lead /SPOC/track lead for selected focus projects – Roll out, EPM. legal and more
o Collaborate with assigned project team in providing business and functional support on DSV SAP S/4HANA.
o Collaborate with assigned project team in providing clear and detailed technical documentation that complements the functional documentation.
o Collaborate with assigned project team in preparing requirement, design, and technical documentation.
o Collaborate with assigned project team in assessing impact and gaps in the current business processes.

Professional qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
• 5-7 years of experience in SAP ERP as functional consultant within FICO.
• Experience with Fiori platform.
• Ideally 5+ years of S/4 HANA Experience
• +4 years Project Management Experience
• Strong analytical skills and focus on providing visible business results
• Have good communication and presentation skills and a personal impact that allows you to explain and convince your stakeholders
• You stay up to date with relevant trends in your area and industry
• You are business fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• You will contribute with new ideas and proactively seek new opportunities and solutions to ensure both secure and cost-effective IT usage.
• Primary – SAP/S4 ERP Implementation , Release Development , Problem Management, IT Validation.
• Secondary- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access and Visio - Project/Program Management Experience
