We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Manager to establish and lead our EV Truck Charging Control Tower. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we've launched the Global Charging Control Tower unit within DSV Energy, tasked with revolutionizing our charging infrastructure. 

As the Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to develop strategic initiatives and operational procedures for Global Charging across our network of facilities. Leveraging your expertise, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive our business forward. 

Tasks / responsibilities 

• Drive the strategy and mature operational procedures supporting the service catalogue for our Global Charging Control Tower, including finance processes, legal frameworks, tracking and reporting, and performance metrics 

• Support charging projects execution and identify opportunities for innovation and growth 

• Reporting and analyzing data on the results of the managed area and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency 

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with the company's internal and external stakeholders 

• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting legislative changes, trends, and market data related to electromobility 

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the EV Truck Charging Control Tower 

Your profile – qualifications & skills required for the job

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering is an advantage 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the energy or transportation sector 

• Deep understanding of the electromobility market, including technologies, regulations, and standards 

• Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and charging systems is an advantage 

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Willingness to travel occasionally to support global initiatives
