As a skilled and experienced Cloud Enginner, you will collaborate with a broad range of colleagues; Data Scientists, Machine Learning Platform Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architects. You will ensure the MLOps platform integrates seamlessly into our broader enterprise infrastructure and play a pivotal role in integrating our state-of-the-art Data Mesh across the organisation.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and implement an innovative, cloud-agnostic, and vendor-agnostic platform architecture for MLOps
- Develop comprehensive solution design documents
- Manage and integrate multi-cloud environments using open-source methodologies
- Create scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architecture designs
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud infrastructure deployment
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes
- Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs and performance
- Design and implement disaster recovery plans and backup strategies
- Provide expert support for cloud-related issues
Our requirements:
- Minimum a a bachelor's degree within computer science, engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise architectures
- Good understanding of cloud architecture components, network virtualization, cloud security and automation
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the MLOps field
- Familiarity with open-source tools and multi-cloud methodologies
- Experience with the following tech stack: Cloud Platforms: GCP, Azure, Cloud Infrastructure: GKE, AKS, Terraform, Data Management: Apache Beam, Kafka
