Your responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact delivery/implementation, proactively taking steps to ensure success.
• Collaborate with other teams and key stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
• Proactively work with platform users to identify new software requirements from the business.
• Communicate the development requests in clear and concise manner to development teams.
• Proactively understand the business needs, pain points, and goals for the project.
• Analyzing the gathered requirements to support BPO in identifying the functional and non-functional requirements for the project.
• Assisting in analyzing business processes as they are today.

Our requirements: 

• Experience in Logistics is advantageous.
• Experience in creating customs declarations is preferred.
• General Customs procedures knowledge is advantageous.
• English proficiency at business level.
• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to specify technical changes/requirements to technical/development teams.
