We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of our new development projects our EV charging infrastructure. At DSV, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by electrifying our global truck fleet. To achieve this, we are investing in renewable energy sources and large-scale charging solutions.
Tasks / responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of EV truck charging rollout projects across DSV locations, ensuring smooth implementation and timely completion.
Define project scope, goals, business case and other deliverables in collaboration with involved stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Collaborate with business leaders, Procurement, Legal team, external vendors, and others to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Enforce design and execution standards for charging infrastructure projects.
Ensure projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals
Your profile – qualifications & skills required for the job.
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or transportation sector.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage cross-functional teams
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel occasionally.
