Role Summary:

As a Supervisor, Mobility Planning, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing personnel mobility solutions for blue-collar and craft professionals within the organization. You will work closely with program and asset logistics teams to support efficient scheduling and smooth movement of personnel, ensuring that mobility operations contribute to project success and operational efficiency.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing mobility plans for blue-collar and craft professionals, including transportation, lodging, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate daily operations related to personnel movement, ensuring smooth and timely transportation.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure availability of necessary resources like vehicles and accommodations.
  • Support vendor management by assisting with contract monitoring and service quality assessments.
  • Help maintain operational processes for scheduling, dispatching, and managing transportation and accommodations.
  • Monitor resource allocation to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Work with program and asset logistics teams to align mobility operations with project timelines and requirements.
  • Ensure safety and compliance measures are followed during personnel movements.
  • Collect data and prepare reports to track the effectiveness of mobility operations and identify areas for improvement.

 

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in logistics, mobility planning, or a related role, focusing on personnel management.
  • Understanding of mobility processes, procurement practices, and operational logistics.

 

Competencies

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of vendor management and resource allocation
  • Must be proficient if not Fluid in speaking Arabic
