Senior Project Manager main role is to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. This role will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to the Team of the operations.

 

Project Manager responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources. The Manager will work with Operations Manager and stakeholders, good communication and collaboration skills are essential in this role. The Manager will ensure that the projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
  • Create and update workflows
  • Prepare and provide documentation and or status update to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with Approved Vendor for Order resources (eg. equipment, facilities services, material supplies etc.) for implementation 
  • Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements) from solutions design team
  • Track expenses and predict future costs
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Measure and report on project performance
  • Act as the point of contact for all participants

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

    • Demonstrated warehousing experience.
    • Demonstrated supply chain management experience.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
    • Should also possess excellent computer skills, advanced analytical skills, presentation skills, and good people skills.
    • Strong self-initiative in problem-solving with the ability to delegate work.
    • Capacity to manage and maintain an effective team environment.
    • Able to follow, perform and maintain a good and positive performance in both housekeeping and safety related task assign by the management.
    • Consistently demonstrate, implement and maintain an excellent service quality at all levels of the organization.
